The 10th house score of 32 is a good sign. But you still need to check the condition of the 10th lord in D1 and D9. You still need to check what the current Dasha and Antardasha are doing.
You still need to check if any major transits are affecting the 10th house. You still need to look at whether the 10th lord is strong or afflicted in the main birth chart.
