Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service or product from GenZ Astrology. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products & Downloadable Content

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content — including PDF readings, birth chart reports, e-books, and similar digital files — are final and non-refundable once the content has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue promptly.

2. Consultation & Reading Services

Before the Session:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or a free rescheduling.

Within 48 Hours:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a rescheduling only, not a monetary refund, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

No-Show:
If you do not attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

After the Session:
Refunds are not available after a consultation has been delivered in full.

3. Subscription / Membership Plans

If we offer subscription-based services, the following applies:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will retain access until then
  • No pro-rated refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period
  • Annual plan holders may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no services have been used

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
  • Technical failure on our end that prevented service delivery
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

To request an exception, please contact us within 7 days of the issue occurring.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation request:

  1. Email us at genzastrology@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your full name, order/booking ID, and the reason for your request
  3. We will respond within 3–5 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Completed and delivered astrological readings
  • Accessed digital downloads
  • No-show appointments
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless stated otherwise)

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. We encourage you to review this page before making a purchase.
